Everywhere you go, people are in a hurry to go somewhere.
Why can't we just be in the moment
That is the one and only thing that is guaranteed in life is this moment.
So I am going to make a conscious choice to be in the moment for the new year. And thank God for each breath.
You are so right Angelina. There is only this moment. The past no longer exists and the futures foundation can only be built on this moment.
